Kelly Brown
Kelly has been a loyal member of the New Lyric since 1966, playing roles such as Eliza Doolittle (My Fair Lady), Miss Adelaide (Guys and Dolls)and Ado Annie (Oklahoma!).
Kelly has trained with many local dance schools and has also taken courses at London's Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. She has also recently studied with the production team of the world famous show Les Misérables and performed on stage with the cast.
Over the past few years, Kelly has choreographed for various dance troupes and also teaches dance and theatre skills at various venues.
Kelly sang professionally for two years after becoming the winner of the BBC/RTE talent show Let me Entertain You! in 1999, but then she sidelined her singing in order to start a family of her own. More recently, she played Lola in the Northern Ireland premiere of Copacabana (earning a nomination for Best Actress in the AIMS Awards) and Jaquie in Me and My Girl.
